THE SENATE of the Commonwealth of KENTUCKY has Proclaimed the the HUMANITY OUTPOST sculptural celebration is recognized & honored as “a celebration of PEACE & HUMANITY” at the world’s largest free-swinging Bell in Newport, Kentucky, July 1-22, 2012
